VENDOR AGREEMENT

This agreement is between Preserve the Black Child Inc. and Author. It is mutually agreed upon that Preserve The Black Child Inc. will rent space to Author for the purpose of selling books/items at the event.

Whereas, Jasmine Holden is the organizer of the event. The event will be held on June 22, 2024 at Sankofa Park, 21o9 South Salina Street, Syracuse NY 13205. 

 

Rental information: Author will receive 1 table, 2 chairs, tent, lunch or dinner, and free parking (when available). 

 

Time of operation: 11am-4pm, set up an hour before the event and break down an hour after the event. 

 

Payment: Fee is $100 in exchange for 1 table, 2 chairs, tent, books purchased by Preserve the Black Child Inc., flyer and lunch. Flyers will be used to promote the event on social media. Payment is due by June 1, 2024 any payment made after is $125.00. Submit the fee below, PayPal: @jamalh13202@aol.com or Zelle: 315-744-5495. You will be notified once payment is received. This is a first come first served basis. 

 

Cancellation/Refunds: If Preserve The Black Child Inc. cancels the event, the Author will be refunded 100%. The payment will be paid within 5 business days. Otherwise, payments are NON-REFUNDABLE
